Title:CRISIS: Equestria, Chaotic Reign.

Canonical Placement: Directly after Season 3.

Premise ( Note there are many changes from the Story Cannon):
The Mane Six were never sucked into Equestria-V, Twilight manages to teleport everyone out of harms way before the portal engulfs them all. Afterwards Celestia and Luna arrive with the Elements, hoping to close the portal before it does any harm by combining their powers. At first they appear to be successful as the portal slowly closes, however while doing so, several tendrils of dark magic shoot out of the portal, striking each of the Element wielders before retreating into the portal as it closes...

In Equestria-V, it is revealed that Silvertongue had been testing out a special invention built from stolen Gryphon technology. Originally built to transverse through dimensions in order to free Nihila; The Goddess of Discord, and give her physical form. However during the test something the device malfunctioned and ended up linking them to an entirely different Equestria! But before they could study this breakthrough the portal began to close due to a much more powerful energy source from the other side(the Element’s), refusing to let an opportunity like this slip by, Silvertongue used his own dark magic (granted to him by Nihila) to reach into the portal in an attempt to draw power from the other side right before it closes completely, this brings him six special orbs of magic. Seeing potential in this type of magic, he begins his experiments…

Less then two months later, Silvertongue has successfully utilized the magic he's gained to create loyal, evil counterparts of the Element's, called the Element's of Discord. Their main purpose being to be used as weapons against Harmonia; the Goddess of Balance.

Within a month, they successfully conquered most of Equestria including Hope's Point, having driven many that oppose Silvertongue's into hiding in the safety of the Griffin ruins. Unknown to them however, the last remaining Griffin along with several scientist's from Hope's point are working on the same dimensional portal with help from Harmonia, hoping to trace the magic that Silvertongue had stolen from the other Equestria and find a way to either use the same power against him or get help from that a Equestria.

However, Silvertongue get's wind of this thanks to Nihila and attacks, badly damaging the shield until it finally drops. With no further options, Harmonia sends a small group to the other Equestria to get help.

Upon finding out what she has done, Nihila sends her own Element's of Discord through the portal to stop them. While traveling through the portal however, their presence causes a disturbance that results in both groups being flung into different parts of a Equestria, said disturbances is felt by both Celestia, Luna, and even the Mane Six themselves. (by this point season three has already taken place, so Twilight is in fact an Alicorn).

Now it's up to the small group of seven to find their way through this new Equestria and find the Element wielders before Element's of Discord!
