I've been thinking writing a Mass Effect and My Little Pony xover since I played the Mass Effect trilogy and watched MLP.

So, in this story dubbed in my mind, Mass Effect: Technology is Magic, Luna is banished to Earth's moon in 2069, or 1,015 B.R (Before Return), instead of Equis' moon. She is discovered by NASA astronauts and taken to Earth out of sympathy, and years later, goes on to unite humanity under the New Lunar Republic. The NLR eventually ascends to the stars, discovering the Prothean ruins on Mars where it learns the existence of the Reapers, the Mass Relay trap, the Citadel, and Mass Effect technology. Also establishing hundreds of colonies across the Orion Arm of the galaxy, building a navy in the tens of thousands, and a military force in the billions. All of the above, discovering Equis along way, 1,000 years later.
