Equestria Girls + X-Men Crossover: Some students of Canterlot High have been invited to visit and mingle with students from a school called Xavier's School for Gifted Youngsters. While everyone is enjoying their visit and making new friends, Sunset Shimmer, Twilight Sparkle, and the other girls believe that there is more to this school than meets the eye. They soon discover that it is a place for people with amazing powers called mutants and home to a team of powerful mutant heroes known as the X-Men. Everyone learns that Professor Charles Xavier, the founder of the school and the X-Men, orchestrated this visit in order to expose some of the younger generations of humans to mutants in hopes of helping build a future where humans and mutants can coexist in peace and friendship. However, things start to get dangerous when a mutant terrorist group known as the Brotherhood of Mutants, led by their shapeshifting field leader named Mystique, begin to cause havoc. The Equestria Girls and the X-Men begin their first adventure together to protect the world and help Xavier's dream come true.
