Just thought I'd mention there is currently a sale going on on Clip Studio Paint (until March 16, 8 am GMT).

Basically, the Pro version is down to $25 from $49.99, and the Ex version is $109, down from $219.

The Pro version is actually pretty good. Ex adds features for being able to save multiple panels of a manga in one file, export as an epub, gets rid of a limitation on the number of frames in an animation if you are using it for animation, adds an ai coloring feature and such, and is nice, but pro is really a fully featured art program without those features.

You still have things like the vector layers, being able to stick a 3d model under your picture as a reference and trace over it, and other neat features. Clip Studio Paint's probably my favorite art program.

This isn't the first time they've done this sale, and won't be the last, but thought I'd point it out to anyone waiting for a sale to pick it up...
