Amberlight 2 - fractally-painting program I've never heard of.

$20 tier:
Rebelle 3 - 'award-winning natural media painting software'. Painter/Art Rage-ish paint program I haven't used?
Paper: Washi Fine/Handmade Craft/Exotic Crumpled - Paper packs for Rebelle 3
Bonus Brush Pack/Elastic Brush Pack - brush packs for Flame Painter 4
Particle System: Electric - More for Flame Painter 4
Flame Painter Connect - connects Flame Painter and Photoshop.

Don't know much about any of these programs, but $20 for several art programs, anyways...
