Description: WPC-3001 has two forms, labeled WPC-3001-a and WPC-3001-b, these have been proven to be the exact same entity rather than separate two individuals

WPC-3001-a loosely resembles an equine-shaped mass of blue flames, these flames have some resemblance to the mane of Princes luna, but vastly more detailed, showing nebula, galaxies, and even planets. In this form the subject has no defining physical features apart from two red flames located in the head area, these seem to serve as its eyes when in this form. WPC-3001-a is intangible, and is unaffected by direct offensive spells, though defensive spells such as shields or barriers can stop it. WPC-3001-a cannot directly effect any objects around it, however it has been shown to make its way through openings as small as 1mm squared.

WPC-3001-b has a closer resemblance to a large, male Equine. measuring 5 ft and seemingly of middle age in build with a slightly baritone voice. WPC-3001-b is cloaked in an unkempt, hooded trench coat with chains draped across it, with the legs covered in leather boots of some kind. Any area where skin or fur would be on show is pitch black, and the face has no defining features other than two flaming eyes and a large toothy grin. In this form the subject also appears to exude thick, low hanging, black smoke.
WPC-3009-b possesses abnormal levels of strength, pyrokinetic abilities and a subtle aura of 'charisma' which it uses to alter the perception of anyone it encounters until they join it in its 'cause', which mostly entails trying to bring down governments which it deems 'corrupt'. This ability is most effective if WPC-3001 talks to a target, trying to sway their opinion. WPC-3001-b also has the ability to shoot flames from its forehooves, usually removing a glove on the left fore-hoof to do so.

Whenever WPC-3001 escapes from containment it usually forces the doors open with a buck from its hindlegs, sending forth a wall of fire to disable the guards, then uses it's unnatural strength to subdue any further guards. WPC-3001 should be engaged with extreme caution and subdued as quickly as possible.

WPC-3001 to date has not yet been terminated, and is seemingly invulnerable to bodily harm, however it can be subdued or rendered unconscious with the aid of tranquilizer darts or stun weapons. whenever WPC-3001 encounters resistance it will summon WPC-3001-c, which WPC-3001 has referred to as "lost children", these resemble young ponies, roughly in the early teens, with an unknown variation of markings, scars and glyphs on their body, and will appear with seemingly no explanation, these will then attack or otherwise impede the progress of those trying to subdue WPC-3001, as with WPC-3001, WPC-3001-a are to be engaged and subdued with extreme caution.

Addendum A-1: WPC-3001 has been shown to, at times, attempt to impede the progress of any other escaped Keter class objects, including one incident where it encountered WPC-682, the resulting altercation lasted 5 hours, by the end of which WPC-682 was debilitated enough to allow recapture, of note, WPC-3001 then returned to its containment facility of its own accord.

SCP-3001 I am the one that restores the balance when it has shifted to far to one side or the other, for instance to bring order in an anarchic nation, or to remove a corrupt leader from power. I would have been able to stop Sombra when he returned had you not interfered.

Dr. ██████ during a recent security breach, you assisted in the recapture of SCP-682 instead of escaping, and you willingly returned to containment after. Why did you help, why not escape?

SCP-3001 We have known each other for a long time, before you interfered. Had he escaped it would have been even more difficult for me to stop him, not least having to deal with getting out of here first, as for why I didn't use the opportunity to escape? well I believe a certain young ██████ ████ and his group of ███-███ are handling things in my stead.

Dr. ██████ So you won't try to escape again?

SCP-3001 *chuckles* I never said that, I merely don't feel the need to at this current moment in time. But who's to say what might happen tomorrow, or the day after. But I can assure you I'm not an immediate "Threat" at this current moment in time...but the moment that damn lizard or any other dangerous entities, not even your SCP foundation will be able to stop me

do you think I could add some forum posts for things like Skakdi (Piraka, although I guess they could fall under trolls or Orks), Bara Magnans (Agori, Glatorians, Skrall, Bone Hunters, battera), Aqua Magnans (Toa, Matoran, Vortix, Steltians), if you haven't included them somewhere already, the species like Toa, Glatorians, Skrall, Matoran, Agori and Bone hunters could fall under sapient primates located on the sub-continent of Altero, the Battera are robotic guardians that kill anyone who is armed with a weapon, so they could be like a magical construct, Vortix (like Roodaka) could be some kind of serpentine reptilian, know for working with changelings and commanding armies of Visorahk, Steltians (Like Sidorak) could also fall under primates

rock steed, usually a dark red with green eyes, used as transport by bone hunters, the armour on it's head is a thick covering of bone mixed with metal ore which they eat to give their skeletons extra strength, and the males use these in competitions during breeding season.

maybe they could all fall under 'Alterians', which are a relatively recent discovery in terms of continents and civilisations
