I've got a fic idea.

Have Sunset be the last of the Belmont clan. Human Sunset was the last, but Dracula's forces killed her off when she was 13 in that orphanage. This left the Belmont clan extinct.

Until pony Sunset popped through that mirror, and became human. The last of the Belmonts. Now it is up to her to wield Vampire Killer, and put an end to Dracula.

So, what does everypony think?

That sounds like a really good idea; Sunset versus Dracula would be a pretty interesting situation. I may try to do something like that myself -- although mostly deriving from Simon's Quest rather than more recent Castlevanias...
