You know the kind. Yes, you do. That one yappy little bastard that gets all up in your face and bites when it's excited because it's "playing". I don't even hate dogs, just that one particular type of dog. It's worse when it's a bigger breed, because you expect the owner to at least have the common courtesy to train a dog that big before unleashing it upon the world.
