There's a few common traps that some RPers face while RPing .

I'm just going to lay out a few things to get your game rolling smoothly.

1. When you reply, Don't just react to the last few comments. Act out and add to the scene.

Ex. Pip walks over and plants a flag in the hill and declares "This hill is the property of the Nightmare Pirates!"
--Don't // "YAY" Generic Foal Cheers

--Do // "YAY" Generic Foal Cheers and then runs up to swings on the pole. "We should have a party" he shouts enthusiastically, spinning around it

Also, reply to more then one post in the same post. not 3 or 4 reply's.

2. Don’t be afraid to ask, or to make mistakes.
some times you just don't have enough info. You can confirm things with OOC bubble OR If your character needs Info, they can interact with the world.
The Game master can provide more Things to use that may change or help the situation.
Some mistakes turn into fun events to!
Masterpieces are born from mistakes.

Ex.
Pipsqueak stops dead in his tracks and scans the area to see If he can see anything useful.

3. Don't change Text Size a lot it, does, not, help, and gets real annoying to read

4.Do not use hard to read colors.....<---- don't need any bloody more explanation

5. The same as text size. Do not Canterlock...

6. Thoughts are in italics / emphasize words or phrases words in italics / Flash backs and mental things in italics not bold or underline / and (( OOC chat..we went over this))

7. And remember to add a Reply link to Everypony in your RP Room, we don't wanna leave ponys behind!! Let everypony know the game is ready to go.

Now for a few this of 'Don't even try my friend'

1. Frist-person / confusing/ creates problems / makes it harder to reply
2.Meta gaming / You foal does NOT know what was going on with out them present... that changeling that you saw for the first time... you can't call that (And if you see it make sure to call them out on there bad behavior )
3.Godmodding / Controlling others is not cool and very rude. (only exception is being asked specifically- that a collaborate effort )
4.Auto-Hitting / In your post you 'Start to Take Action' not kill somepony in post. They can add if it hit them or they dodged it. ( Minor characters(like small enemys) auto hits are up to the Room Manager, ask them) ... Auto hitting a boss.. really? there that weak?
