rules of creating a political party:
1) must have at least 2 other people willing to join it at the get go.
2) Must actually address in rp issues through agenda and policy
3) must not be a revolutionary or otherwise trolling party
4) must have at least one character with a sex scandal in it. To indicate who the player is, hide a "!!A!!" somewhere in their profile, blogs, story comments, story descriptions, or in the description of a group THEY have created. You must also notify me of where it is by linking it in a PM. (This isn't actually a bad thing to have. If found by another player and used to attack you, you might just win like Clinton.)
5) they must have one rich pony backer.
