Like the title says, is there any way of changing the order of chapters once they have been uploaded, or do I have to take them down and re-upload them in the correct order?

When you're looking at your chapters on the site you'll see four little dots next to your chapter's name. Click & hold the dots and you can drag & drop the chapter wherever you wish.
