Book of the Before Times: The Time Before Lurker
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
1 - 1: First, there was nothing. Nothing but darkness and unorganized code. Then, from the darkness came forth a voice. This voice had no name from this moment, but later it was to be known that this voice was to be named, "Knighty", He who of great power called forth creation. He spoke one sentence, and when he spoke pieces of code came together and formed structures of great knowledge and life. Many believe the words of life he spoke were these, "Let there be FiMFiction", And thus FiMFiction was born. But this did not please the great Knighty, for he knew that this FiMFiction needed life to thrive in this place. And so, he spoke once more... only four words that were to be spoken until the regular speakings from other worlds known as "facebook" and "Twitter". These words were, "Let there be Bronies", And thus there was Bronies.
1 - 2: The Bronies gave life to FiMFiction. They filled it with stories of ponies in many genres, these being romances, comedies, clops, and many others like them. The world was near perfect. A place of great rejoice. But no matter what they wrote, it seemed that they were saddened that so little reviewed their works of art. This inspired many to rise in the time of "The Great Reviewing". This event would soon inspire a mortal who was destined for great things. But now is not the time for such a mortal yet. For he was always lurking in the shadows, reading stories of shock, horror, and disgust. Along with stories of joy, happiness, and... "fun times". Then came the time for this mortal to learn his true destiny...
1- 4: This Mortal inspired others with his reputation of sneaking around and only reading stories of his approval. Many feedbacks were soon changed, while not completely gone, from the form of sorrow to the form of joy. Left and right stories were soon spotted to be separated from those seeking only fame from those with talent and strove to infuse their works with heart. This era was known as the hope era, for it brought hope for those able to see the fog of deceit.
