Well, I had initially written these with the intention that they could be used by participants for the 2023 Cyberpunk Equestria Story Contest, but life happened, and it took me longer to get around to posting this, so here it is.

These are some Cyberpunk MLP themed OTP+ (I believe if stands for One True Pair/Pairing) prompts that you can use/adapt for your stories. Simply take two of your favorite characters, put one in Character A and the other in Character B.

I've seen a few of these lists being done in an alphabetical format, so here is my attempt at it.

A - Character A fails a mission/heist and afterwards goes to a diner/night club where they stumble upon Character B (who may or may not work there). Sparks fly but are they of conflict or romance?
B - Character B gets some new cybernetics installed, however Character A isn't so fond of them. How does Character A tell Character B? How does Character B react? How do they resolve the situation?
C - Character A flirts with an online personality in virtual reality and both agree to meet in person. Upon meeting IRL, Character A discovers that the persona is actually Character B, who is an old friend/acquaintance, their co-worker or even their neighbor.
D - Character A and B are walking through the city streets when suddenly a nearby robot goes haywire. What do they do? Do Character A and B confront the robot or run away?
E - A street gang or shady corporation kidnaps Character B and Character A must save them. Does Character A go alone or recruit some friends (or maybe even some enemies) to save their partner?
F - As they are walking home, Character A and B stumble upon a broken robot. While Character B wants to take the robot home and repair it, Character A isn't so sure after discovering that the robot belongs to a corporation.
G - One night while Character A and B are hanging out at their favorite night club, they bump into Character A's ex. What happens next?
H - Character A isn't returning Character B's messages, so Character B decides to follow Character A only to discover them hanging out with another pony. Is Character A cheating or is this one big misunderstanding?
I - After Character B wins a contest (feel free to come up with something creative) both Character A and B go to a tropical island resort, however things seem off as their cybernetics start acting a little glitchy and the entitled rich folk or the local islanders start acting suspiciously.
J - After spending all night playing VR games, Character B ends up sick and Character A has to come over and take care of them.
K - Character A wants to meet Character B's parents. Eventually after being harassed enough, Character B relents and takes Character A to meet their patents. It is then that Character A discovers that not only does Character B come from a rich family but also that their father (or mother) is the CEO of the city's most powerful (and perhaps notorious) corporations. How does this affect their relationship? Does Character B's parent(s) try to do something to Character A?
L - Character A loses a bet to Character B, now Character A must do something romantic (or naughty) for Character B. What will it be?
M - After getting a new cybernetic implant, Character A starts sleep walking and doing weird things in their sleep, which Character B notices. Is it a computer virus, a glitch or perhaps the result of the digitized consciousness of the implant's original owner still inside, seeking to assert dominance over Character A's body?
N - It's Nightmare Night and both Character A and B decide to celebrate. Do they go out trick or treating or stay home and watch scary movies (or maybe play scary VR games)?
O - After going out on a date, Character B discovers that their date is a changeling impersonating Character A. Soon they discover a ton of changelings disguised as Character A. What's going on? Where's the real Character A?
P - After a near fatal accident, over 90% of Character A (or B)'s body has to be replaced with cybernetics. How does this affect them and their relationship? How will they pay the medical bills?
Q - One night, Character B is playing VR when they get trapped inside the game. In order to escape Character B must complete the game. Meanwhile Character A discovers that something or someone is controlling their body.
R - One day Character A and B stumble upon a street prophet named [Insert Author's Name Here] who begins prophesizing some strange events. At first either one or both characters disregard the prophet's warnings until they start coming true. Is an evil corporation behind all of this?
S - Learning that they are being hunted by a legendary bounty hunter, Character A defeats and unmasks the hunter only to discover that it's Character B (or maybe Character C, ...hmm...) Will this be the start of a new relationship?
T - It's Tuesday and it's taco night. What do Character A and B (and maybe Character C) do for taco night?
U - Unknowingly Character B has drawn the attention of a local street gang. While Character b is going about their day, Character A is secretly eliminating the gangsters trying to intercept Character B.
V - A cybernetic wireless update does haywire and over half of the ponies in the city start acting like vampires. Among them is either Character A or B. How does the non-vampony partner react? how do they treat their vampirized partner.
W - Both Character A and B go on a date to a water park. What sort of fun things can you come up with, involving cybernetics (hopefully one's that are waterproof) and water?
X - Character A takes Character B to see the grave site of one of Character A's deceased friends or family members, who was very influential in their life.
Y - It's Character A and B's anniversary and as they celebrate it together, they reflect back on how they met and why they're still together.
Z - Character A due to either their cybernetic augmentations or being of an immortal race (like an Alicorn) contemplates what it is like to lose everyone they love including Character B. Character B comforts them.

I also did some involving numbers, because why not?

1 - After successfully completing a mission, Character A goes to a diner where they meet Character B and celebrate. After a long night of drinking and crazy shenagans, Character A wakes up the next morning to discover Character B in their bed. What happened last night?
2 - Character A is a cop who one day is sent to apprehend an infamous gangster. Eventually Character A discovers that this gangster is an old friend of theirs, Character B.
3 - Character A breaks into a secret corporate testing facility to steal a machine that the corporation is hoping to use for some nefarious scheme. However soon Character A discovers that this "machine" is actually a pony test subject, Character B.
4 - Both Character A and B decide to celebrate Hearth's Warming. Explore what Hearth's Warming would be like in a dystopian cyberpunk Equestria.
5 - Much to Character B's chagrin, Character A hasn't upgraded their anti-virus program and as such their cybernetics are completely infected. Now Character B has to spend all day helping Character A clean their cyberwear of viruses.
6 - Character B wants to have a kid but Character A isn't so sure that they are ready, so they adopt a robot so they can practice being parents.
7 - Either for fun, a dare or a video, Character A and B go and explore an abandoned cybernetics factory at night. However, as they are exploring, they discover that they're not alone.
8 - For some reason, Character A gets cybernetic limbs so that they now have eight cybernetic legs. How does Character B react to this? How does Character B feel about this?
9 - Write the story from the perspective of an artificial intelligence as it uses security cameras and other devices to observe the actions of Character A and B. Feel free to pair this with another prompt.

And there you have it. Maybe in the future, I'll add some more.
