Are we allowed to recommend other people's stories to be added here, or does that responsibility fall squarely on the shoulders of the original author?

If it's the former, then I'd like to recommend the (recently revamped) One Winged Alicorn.

Anyone is allowed to add any story, whether it is their own or someone else's. It's our goal to be a comprehensive directory, so we need recommendations from all over the place.

When I click add story, only my own work shows up in the drop down menu. Is that a group setting? Because my story's been added to groups by other people before, so it's got nothing to do with me giving permission.
