Spike is a dragon or dragon/human monster hunter. While he's staying at a small town to look into some small strange happenings. While investigating he stumbles upon Fluttershy a vampire/vampony that has learned a way to survive without drinking blood but has to drink a lot of fruit as a side effect. Seeing as she wasn't causing any trouble Spike doesn't kill her. Fluttershy becomes interested and soon starts crushing on him. That is basically as far as I got at the moment. I'm pretty sure whoever adopts this idea can come up with the rest.

And before anyone asks I'm not going to do it or I won't be doing it for a very long time.

2612751 The way I see it is that there are a few stories out there where a monster hunter either befriends or falls in love with a nice and/or not evil monster. I don't why it shouldn't work for Spike and Flutterbat.
