* I guess the only thing better than having your partner fall into a lust-induced craze is having your partners do the same!
* Creampie and Sexually Exhausted, of course, are what a good Heat-curing session finishes as, but Erogenous Wings and Secret Sex moving up are a little more perplexing. Having your wings be a little more sensitive than normal during heat makes sense, and I guess people find secretly having sex in a public area to cure said heat hot as well.
* I can see why Deep Throating lost some spots. Your throat usually isn't something that gets affected by estrus!

* Lots of "evil" things gained a lot of points for Heat-lovers; Drugged Sex, because being in heat is kinda like a drug, Evil Victory/Blackmail/Sexual Objectification, because a mare in heat is (one would assume) more susceptible to those kinds of things, and Corruption because estrus is the kind of thing that makes meek little Fluttershy a sex-crazed lunatic (or at least in some fan fics I've read... )
* The goal of estrus is to make a mare pregnant, so both Breeding/Pregnancy and Oviposition got large gains, and going into heat is a real horse thing so Feral Behavior got a jump as well.

* Mostly the same fetishes as above. Both Bimbofication and Slavery fit into the same class as Evil Victory/Blackmail/Sexual Objectification/Corruption. Rape, however, is kind of the opposite; where mares are more susceptible to the latter, I assume Rape got a good jump because stallions wouldn't be able to control themselves around said mares (at least in the minds of Heat/Estrus lovers).

* Not much here. Being Humanized and/or being Castrated kinda make Heat/Estrus defunct, and Crossdressing... actually, I'm not really sure why Crossdressing lost points, but there it is.
