I was referring to how people use the *cough* system to point out flaws in things.
I pointed out the flaw that people are lazy and would prefer a link to click rather than sit up and type the name of the person you're talking about. Then, they would have to guess which person is correct.

Basically, it would be more trouble than it's worth to not put up a link.
