A one-shot story idea starring Grand Pear revisiting the intertwined Apple and Pear tree after "The Perfect Pear" to apologize in silence for leaving Buttercup, and never reconnecting with her. After the apology, Grand Pear describes a feeling of warmth around him, and leaves. Unbeknownst to him, the spirit of his daughter was there, and had heard every word. The feeling of warmth being Buttercup embracing her father in a hug, forgiving him, and promising to watch him, and greet him when he passes.

An idea to make a the bittersweet ending to an amazing episode slightly less bitter, with Grand Pear inadvertently apologizing to his daughters face, and not realizing it.
