Applejack is nervous at the homecoming of her younger brother, Calvados. There are few ponies who know about him, as the Apple family keeps a certain detail about him a secret--he is autistic.

The Mane Six must help 'Cal' feel more at home, while struggling to learn about his condition. Applejack must struggle not to be overwhelmed by guilt for keeping Cal a secret from everypony. And Cal must struggle to find his place in Ponyville, and while trying to keep his anxiety under control (something no autistic foal can do easily), he may surprise Ponyville--and his sister--with what he can do, and who he can really be.
