Does anyone think that Blueblood will get reformed (not that he was evil to begin with) in that upcoming comic that he's going to appear in? If so, then why or why not?

Doubt it. Generally, reformation is reserved for villains who arguably are misguided. Canon Blueblood, on the other hand, is a dunce who`s perfectly aware of what he`s doing.
