Using the love, faith, emotion devotion and focus of the fan-base the magic user could bring to life artifacts form the book.

Basically, the more a book series is loved and and distributed through out the world the more powerful a libromancer becomes.
Now imagine if a Libriomancer tapping into MLP
In the series, some time a liberiomancer could be pulled into the book or things try to get out of a book. In the series that's how some characters got out of the book.
