I think there's already at least 1 fic about them... no, wait, it's about spike being with ONLY the tail (On the Courtship Behavior of Swamp-Dwelling Chimeras) ... but as for whether or not it'd be considered a harem... that's a very fuzzy line... they are, technically one body, but also three separate minds... so you can make an argument either way, but it also kinda depends how you want to work it: safe vs mature, drama vs comedy, civilized vs 'wild'...
