Okay, all joking aside, I wonder why this thing was never built? I mean, it's fast enough to keep up with the Shermans and other fast tanks. It's reload time is epic by the way. So why didn't this artillery was never built.

Mainly because it wasn't needed, it was easier to take all the crappy lees and grants they had lying around to produce sextons and priests, and also speed isn't really necessary for artillery because you still have to set up, range in, and communicate with spotters all the while, so the same speed could be achieved by hooking up a 25 pounder to the back of a studebaker truck, and the truck could carry more ammo and fuel to boot

TL:DR: not needed when there's cheaper and better ways

5269937 also. I should point out that World o Tanks arty reload is completely unrealistic. It's just game balance. It's hard to find a WW2 artillery piece under 180mn that you couldn't reload in under ten seconds.
