Is my a Mary Sue please read the bio of both forms before commenting?

I respect you for asking this question. I’d say V1 is fairly Mary Sue while V2 has potential. It fully comes down to how the character is portrayed in the story. What are his weaknesses/challenges he must overcome to win the day. Power of the character has little to do with being a Mary Sue. Look at Superman (when he’s written well). Then to beat a dead horse, look at Rey for a Mary Sue.
It also come down to Hero(s) vs Villain.
Who or what stands in the Hero’s way.

Though technically not a story but a series of logs is being made where he's an observer (do let me know what you think), he also doesn't consider himself a hero or a villain as he's done things that are considered heroic and other that are villainous.
