Hey, guys. Just to give ideas to write an AU RWBY fanfiction, I wanna ask you for a worldbuilding setting. Instead of Remnant, what if RWBY was set on Earth? It could be either an alternate timeline where Dust is discovered and harnessed since the dawn of man, or where they were harnessed at first only to be abandoned for various reasons until either during World War I or II, Team STRQ discovered it, or Team RWBY during the first part of the plot. All of the settings feature Grimm either roaming around, hiding in plain sight, or awakened from an evil cult (maybe a sentient zombie witch), like Salem.
