I say that Ozpin would be the principal since he's the headmaster of Beacon, while Glynda would be the assistant principal since she was Ozpin's assistant, but what about the rest of the staff, like Dr. Oobleck and Professor Port? Any roles, like Math, Science, History, Physical Education, English, etc.? Please reveal your ideas in the comment section.

I would say Dr. Oobleck would be history

Oobleck would obviously be history.
Port would probably teach PE and/or some electives.
Peach teaches whatever you want her to teach, she’s a blank slate.
