I think it's FG, although since all positions are tribe specific, it's fairly interchangeable. This will persist until we have the inspiring story of an earth pony who wishes to fizzgaggle despite his obvious limitations, or something else that would make an insipidly inspiring sports film.

As for the other question, there are a lot of "text noise" generators that take a text input and add lots of junk characters to it. Good part about it is that you can just simply copy and paste the result. I've been using this one for stuff like this and the sinister Hotel Soarovsky over in the Harshwhinny blog.
