Tomica Hero Series was a short-lived series of Japanese tokusatsu children's television dramas. Based on Takara Tomy's Tomica toy car line, the series air on TV Aichi and TV Tokyo before being syndicated around Japan. Only two series were made with the Tomica Hero story.

Why hasn't Hasbro done anything with this?

Well, I know that some guys tried to adapt one of the series as-- and I'm not joking here-- a sequel to 21 Jump Street. BEFORE the movies, even. It's on YouTube, and it's called "21 Jump Street Rangers".
