One of my OC's is a comedic, evil scientist with at least some good in him. I want to know how to make him properly hammy and over-the-top in a way that gives him more charm like other cheesy villains. He's supposed to be the main antagonist of the fan-series of the original show and the arch-frenemy to the Mane Six. He acts kinda like Doofenshmirtz from Phineas and Ferb before his (Doofenshmirtz') redemption and genuinely cares about his minions.
How do you make your villain OCs hammy, comedic, and charming and how do I do the same for one of my own OCs?
