Okay, so someone started a topic on favorite mother figures in animation, so why not start a topic on favorite father figures? Come on guys, let's give the dads out there a chance to shine!

Okay, here's some of my picks:
Charlie B. Barkin from all Dogs Go to Heaven, just because of this scene.

And of course, there's Mufasa from the Lion King

And on other Disney film related fathers, there's good old Zeus (Quite ironic really, considering how bad of a dad he was in the original myths.)

5324199 Roger Baxter from Littlest Pet Shop deserves a mention. He was one of the best father figures, he loved his daughter very much but took the time to raise her right and teach her right from wrong. He wasn't always perfect, but he was always there to support her when she needed it, and even knew about her secret yet also knew she would tell him when the time was right.

One of my favorites would be Steven's father from Steven Universe.

Personally, I think that he's a great Dad and an awesome character.5324199
