Rules:

• Must be updated within the last 3 months
• Must be a Twibra story
• Cannot be the previous story of the week UNLESS The story has had an update by then.
• If it is a Completed Story, the rules of updates does not apply, but it cannot be chosen for back to back story of the week (else there's no point to this).

What if it's completed? Could there be an exception for a completed story so it didn't need to satisfy the first requirement?
