Hey King Boo is a great villain for the Luigi's Mansion games.

He is and I love his role as Luigi’s personal enemy that even Mario has trouble fighting.

I just laugh at the idea that E. Gadd can make crazy inventions all the time, but he can’t seem to keep a ghost in a portrait sealed up even if it is King Boo.
