Oh this is how I fight a Jay Uragaan:
Pierce type bow + sleep coating + bomb to face = easily broken face = exposed weak spot!

basicaly depends on your weapon specilization (and no matter what people say we all have one) for me this would be a nightmare (dual blader) but for a hammer weilder or a smart bow used or a gunlancer this could be pretty easy.
