Possessing a pelt of almost battleship-gray hue matched with a dark red mane and violet eyes, Radiant Web fits smoothly into the color scheme generally found amidst the high society ponies of Canterlot. His black hooves flawlessly match his preferred dress, a black suit top and gold forearm bands set with fire rubies.
Radiant Web's magic possesses a faint purple hue of the same color as his eyes, although it appears he is capable of casting magic transparently.

Talent, cutie mark:
Radiant Web's talent is, quite simply, the creation of complex plans. Plots and Schemes so incredibly complex and well designed, they are works of art on par with masterpieces and symphonies each in their own right. Officially, this skill is put to use planning and managing official affairs both foreign and domestic as a consul, but his art extends to much more than merely aiding the Equestrian government. His schemes are the foundation of his lifestyle. His way of life.
His cutie mark is a golden spider web in a pentagonal shape, sometimes seeming to rotate on his flank.

Skill(s) in magic:
In terms of magical skill, Radiant Web possesses extensive knowledge of magical lore and of spells including teleportation, illusion, and limited mind manipulation. In addition to that, he is notably capable of casting complex "sleeper" spells, which trigger when a set of conditions are met (also known as trap spells), and with effort capable of making his magical field almost completely undetectable while casting.

Items:
Radiant, as a Duke of Canterlot (AKA "Duke Web"), has in his ownership a vast sum of bits and at least one mansion, which he makes his home in. His collection of classical art and other material goods is to extensive to list, but he does possess a number of items that he typically keeps on his person or can be seen wearing at all times.
The first of these is the black suit he wears, which is rumored to be actual treated leather he received (or more disturbingly, purchased) from the Griffonian ambassador. The second is a crystaline monocle with a gold gold filligreed brace framing it. In addition to these, Radiant Web can often be found to possess a a bag of bits that seems to never run dry and small collection of magical artifacts, spell-kleins to be precise, that he can use to deal with any unforeseen threats or surprises smoothly.

Status:
A powerful member of Canterlot's high society elite, Radiant Web holds the title of Duke and acts as an official consul for the Equestrian Government, often assigned to aid in matters of domestic and foreign affairs.

Attitude:
While at first glance he seems as so much a typically refined and semi-snobbish but well-meaning noble he could define the stereotype, Radiant Web is in fact pony of many faces. Emotionally, he is in as calm as a glass of champagne and in supreme control of his feelings. This allows him to put on any face he desires, and act according to his schemes in even the most incredible of circumstances. In public, he wears an affection of consummate politeness and kindness, often going out of his way to do random acts of kindness for those less fortunate. Many think of this as a paradigm of selflessness, but to Radiant, even that is part of the scheme.
When in private, Radiant's true face is revealed; that of a cunning and even sadistic fiend that enjoys his control over all he lays within his sight. He is efficient, cold, and blunt, while at the same time managing to enjoy the confusion and despair of those that would challenge him. Despite this, he manages to maintain some semblance of morality in that he does not use children in his schemes if he can possibly avoid it, and he takes no pleasure in collateral damage. In fact, he often makes personal amends when he can for unintended consequences from his schemes, but this may be out of pride or shame that his schemes were not devised carefully enough.

Miscellaneous Info:
Radiant Web's true goal is to acquire power and wealth, and he is not picky about how he does so. His scheming and emotionally controlled nature make for a dangerously misleading individual capable of masking his true feelings in almost any situation. However, even Radiant's disposition is not without flaw.
He considers it impossible for his schemes to be escaped and for himself to be outmaneuvered, and this fundamental aspect of his psyche is so vital that if broken, it will completely shatter his rationality and set him into a howling fury.
Radiant also has a notable issue of vengeance, as he utterly hates losing. Anypony that he considers himself as having lost to will be the singular focus of his machinations until a suitably proportionate, or in many cases disproportionate, punishment has been delivered.
Radiant is a connoisseur of the arts, including the theater and fashion. He may often be found at the opera house when he has free time, and he is a major supporter of a number of Canterlot orphanages.
