how fast can Rainbow Dash run?

so I was curious how fast is Rainbow Dash compared to world class sprinters... I used footage from the running of the leaves and I got a time of 10.34 seconds. Rainbow Dash would set a new world record in the women's 100 meters but against Usain Bolt, she would lose by far!!!

Usain Bolt could even start jogging over the finish line instead of going all out.

of course I have no doubt that Rainbow Dash will win when she flies... but since humans can't naturally fly, I ran the "flying prohibited" scenario.

but what makes me still curious is: how fast can human Rainbow Dash run? (without the use of magic, no pony up)
