What's taking so long? · 3:25pm Oct 15th, 2022
Hey all, sorry for taking a long time to post anything. Right now, the stories I am writing are still in the concept phase so it will be a while before I post anything. I’ve been busy with my life like my health and getting my house in order, so I don’t live in stuffy rooms and getting back into shape. So here is a quick rundown!
How are the story ideas?
It’s been fun playing around with different stories to tell rather it’s the “Alicorn Project” or “Jungle 2 Jungle” story! Yes, LyraAlluse wrote a blog post on the Share Group about asking why we don’t have any stories of “Jungle 2 Jungle” which the film is one my favorites back in the day. I had this old draft that when looking at it I could totally use it to create a J2J story instead since originally, I was trying for either a Tarzen or George of the Jungle idea. Wondering which MLP character would star as the dad from the film? Well... It will be a surprise! I am a little stuck on if I wanted this “character” to be the friend of the dad whose daughter or little sister is the love interest for the boy like in the film while thinking about who the bad guys will be... Btw there isn’t going to be “Save the Girl to Save the World” plot! We already have enough of that on this site! It will be inspired by the film story plot.
Bro, Grammarly is so mad at my typing skills...
Short Story?
Been thinking about it I could write a simple short story that is kind of like the classic The Lazy Dragon of Dragonvale that would star an Alicorn which he lives a Tarzen/George life on floating islands. The goal would be to write it in a way that doesn’t feature Equestria or anything MLP-related so that maybe I could get away with selling it for little kids Mwahaha.
Anyways, thank you for reading the updates and soon I will finally get it started. Hope you all have a wonderful morning, evening, night, or a Nightmare Night Why we don’t have Nightmare Moon emote for the site...
Oh yea, need to work on a new PFP.
