Did Opaline just confirm that Alicorn from G4 are still alive?

Warning spoilers I don't even know what episode this is this video just popped out of nowhere on my YouTube account as an episode clip

Okay, so I just saw this video and what Opaline said and how she said it makes it sound like Twilight. As well as Celestia, Luna, Cadence, Flurry Heart, and any other alicorns born out of one of the 5 might be alive.

So when Opaline first said finished what she started with Twilight. I at first thought that she meant just getting the magic that Twilight wouldn't let her take.

But then when Opaline brought up how ponies should fear and love their Immortal alicorns. Made me take a step back. She didn't say Immortal natural-born alicorns. Even if that is the case then Flurry Heart would still be alive and more than likely Celestia and Luna would still be around.

Heck for all we know Opaline could be family to Celestia and Luna. A Big sister an aunt a grandmother a mother of blood. Or even step family like a step mom or sister. Who was supposed to take care of the two but abandoned them. Which this lead to the two being taken in by Star Swirl the Bearded and then Princesses. And when Opaline found out that not only the two became princesses but gave it up. Got her very mad and she then declare that you with rightful Queen and tries to take all the magic. To which Twilight fought back.
