Boy, oh boy, has it been a while since my last blog post. I know I haven’t as active as I ought to be be here on the site, and I apologize for that. Truly. The two incomplete stories I have have been on hiatus since forever, and I’m afraid it’s going to be that way until I get my muse back.
But just because I haven’t been writing doesn’t mean I haven’t been doing other creative activities. As I said in my last blog post, I now have open commissions (anyone interested, do contact me!) and since I made the post, I’ve had two wonderful customers.
Let’s jump into today’s announcement!
I watched this YouTube video today. I don’t understand how it has less than 1000 views, because it’s honestly really good. To recap, in that video, the creator builds up what they call “their perfect season”. Basically, what they did is this: they went through all 221 episodes of the show and chose their favorite episode according to the number. It’s kinda confusing, so let me explain.
Building the perfect season, okay. So that means 26 episodes in total. Say I’m choosing my Episode 4. I go through all the Episodes 4 of all 9 seasons (S1E4, S2E4, S3E4, S4E4, S5E4, S6E4, S7E4, S8E4 and S9E4) and choose my fave. If I’m choosing my Episode 20, I go through S1E20, S2E20, S4E20, S5E20, S6E20, S7E20, S8E20 and S9E20 and pick my favorite. For more clarity, see the video I linked above.
So I’m doing the same thing. For each Episode, I’ll pick the one I consider best and give a full length review. But more importantly, I’ll do a title card for the Episodes I choose! I’m actually really excited for this! The art will be shared on my blogs and a few groups as well. It will be a once-a-day thing. So one episode and one title card per day, 26 days in a row. Who knows? I might just get my muse back.
