Lenny Buck/Glacier
Bio: Lenny Buck started as nothing more than a simple thief. After a successful diamond heist, he was suddenly pursued by Sunset and Twilight, who chased him to a cryogenics laboratory. In an attempt to reclaim the diamonds he dropped, he fell into a freezing pod with a live exposed cable. Despite the Sunset and Twilight's attempt to help Lenny, it proved futile and he was presumed to be dead.
However, Lenny's body was electrocuted at the same time as the blood froze in his veins, mutating him into a bizarre quasi-undead being who could generate extreme cold around him. It didn't take him long to convince the scientist who revived him to build a suit to keep his powers under control.
Powers: Glacier, as a result of his accident, generates extreme cold around him. But with the special technology in his cryogenic suit he can shoot ice blasts from his hands at will, and project ice waves around him. He often uses these abilities to create bridges in high areas and paths across the water. He also has created winter-wonderlands and several ice burgs with his powers alone. He also possesses a special heat rod, which he deemed the vibrating pick, that allows him to heat and shatter any ice he creates. Using this device, he can freeze enemies and then shatter them to pieces.
Personal Rival: Spade
Weakness: Can't withstand the heat that levels the sun. Allowing his overconfidence to get the best of him.
Miles Blackburn/Blowtorch
Bio: A corporate saboteur, Blowtorch executed a few take-downs of rivals to Jackal Corp. Paid by the job, Blowtcoch did each one with ease until the Rainboom intervened. Though he proved to be a challenge for them at first, he was taken down when they mimicked Blowtorch's high-speed jet-pack, which allowed him to play "catch-up" and took Blowtorch down. His mental instability makes him a city level threat
Powers: His weapons and paraphernalia included a heat ray, a battle suit, a jetpack, hand-to-hand combat
Personal Rival: Tornado, Black Falcon
Weaknees: He's not much of a threat when grounded.
Trickster
Bio: Trickster was once a man who wanted to make people laugh, but after he fell into a vat of chemicals, he became an insane, homicidal Monster Clown and the Rainboom's deadest foe.
Powers: weapons included his signature Trickster Venom (called "Trickster Gas" in the series), razor-sharp playing cards, bombs(servael types)
Personal Rival: Sparkplug
Weaknees: Very unstable and crazy
Debbie Mills/Shadowcat
Bio: Debbie Mills is a charity fundraiser by day and cat burglar by night. This led her to cross paths with the Icebreaker when they fought ninjas.
Attire: As Shadowcat, she wears a sleek and slim jumpsuit with pointy cat ears at the top and a red interior. The suit comes with a wide collar that she can pull up to hide/protect her face or pull down (presumably to breathe easier). On her face, she wears a pair of gold goggles around her eyes, and around her waist, she wears a gray utility belt for her weapons such as her whip.
Personal Rival: Spade, Icebreaker, Cyber Witch, Rouge the Bat
Weakness: As a knack of getting into trouble that put herself in.
