Here is the first of many.

Right from where the story left off it would continue to have the other heroes rotating to protect the Equestria and the Mane 6 during Warrior's absence to explain his appearance in other heroes stories while they and he himself goes and gets their crystals. In between these events. Warrior would still build his relationship with the ponies through the exploits of the episodes.

The stories would have seen Rainbow Dash bonding with Tidus over sports with her getting into blitzball. Also having a rivalry with Jecht over while he mocked Tidus for bonding with "girly stuff."

Pinkie Pie annoying Squall, trying to get him to laugh and smile. She also does the same with Cloud.

Spike bonding with Zidane due to Zidane's ability to talk to women. Spike thinking he can help him win Rarity. With Rarity getting swept up in Zidane's rivalry with Kuja due to Kuja being narcissistic wishing to exploit her fashion talents for his own ego.

Ultimecia would duel against Squall and Princess Luna, seeking revenge for what Ultimecia did to Celestia. Ultimecia would fight them with her using her Junctioned Griever form in Final Fantasy 8. But they would still have their regular fight in Squall's story.

Twilight would bond with Cloud and they would be on a personal journey to be independently strong and showcasing their free will as Sephiroth would constantly mock both of them for not having any. Sephiroth and the ponies would not fight. However due to him witnessing their power, because he summoned the meteor to destroy Equestria earlier, we would several times try to kill them but only when it was Cloud's turn to protect them due to Sephiroth's obsession with him.

The CMC would get curious about the war and wander into World B with only Cosmos noticing. Warrior and Bartz would go after them but only find them when it they found out they wandered too close to Chaos's territory. They found cool stuff like chocobos and moogles, but had to be careful as manikins would try to attack them. After fleeing a manikin attack the CMC hide in a shrine, in enemy territory. Once they were found by Warrior and Batz they only way to escape is a gauntlet of manikins while crossing a big bridge. Like in Final Fantasy 5, Bartz and Warrior would protect the CMC as they ran defeating as many manikins as possible but not before meeting Gilgamesh at the end. He remembers Bartz, but Bartz doesn't remember him. The two duel but not before Scootaloo makes fun of his appearance. Gilgamesh would lose when he tried to fight with Excalibur but the sword did no harm because unbeknownst to him the sword he was really using was Excalipoor.

The Cloud of Darkness would be revealed to be the spy for Chaos as she would slowly absorb what little darkness existed in the hearts of ponies to engulf all of Equestria in darkness just like in Final fantasy 3. Onion Knight would return to Equestria to help Warrior along with the Mane 6 to travel the World of Darkness to defeat her and save Equestria. However she would mock Rarity with the truth that beauty doesn't last forever. Twilight and Onion Knight would bond doe to their high intelligence.

Golbez would ambush the Mane 6 while Warrior was out searching for his crystal and Cecil was late arriving in Equestria. The fight would be like the Dwarf Castle Golbez battle in Final Fantasy 4. Despite putting up a good fight, the 6 would lose the battle with Applejack getting captured by Golbez and held prisoner by Chaos. This would begin a several chapter arc where the rest of the six and Warrior and rotating allies would search frantically for her while Golbez sets up Applejack to escape with the Chaos reports. During her imprisonment, Applejack would meet Garland. Who would interrogate her about Warrior's actions. Setting up the reveal of who Warrior really was as Garland had the answers Warrior sought his whole life. Warrior and the 6 would ultimately reunite with more reports to read. Unfortunately they met Garland and Warrior would get put into a coma by Garland when they were trying to escape after getting Applejack back. Celestia and Luna would come to their rescue teleporting them back to Equestria.

Another multi chapter arc would follow the Mane 6 while Warrior recovered. They would be tasked by Celestia to go read the reports that she had hidden which explains Equestria's involvement in the conflict. The very things that Chaos and his soldiers were seeking from the start of the story. They had to take a boat to a remote island where they would meet an old hermit pony who keeps watch over them.

They were warned of all the dangerous creatures along the way to the island which is why Celestia hid them there thinking the danger would keep intruders away. Along the way the Mane 6's ship is attacked by Ultros and Typhon from Final Fantasy 6. They fight them well until cannon fire from their island destination is spotted scaring the monsters away.

They reach the island and meet the hermit, who is and old green unicorn who is skilled with magic but mostly uses his skill for Engineering and Inventing. This unicorn is my sort of OC. His name is Professor Cid. (Keeping with Final Fantasy tradition.) One of his great inventions which he shares with the Mane 6 is the Airship which is not quite finished along with other weapons and magical studies.

He already knew who the Mane 6 were and their exploits with the Elements of Harmony. The reason being even though he lives alone on an island, he is still in contact with Celestia who writes letters about the 6 a lot. He gives them the reports and a magic book to help the unicorns master Magick. They would return to Ponyville and go through the book which transports the 6 to World B at a different time. They would practice under Shantotto, this would be Shantotto's story in Dissidia. They would succeed and return to Ponyville with Rarity's white magick reaching max level while Twilight's black magick reaches max level while learning pretty powerful spells.

More will come soon, don't go anywhere.
