I've got a spring in my step and a fire in my heart! The character forges are hot, and the ideas are flowing swiftly. Soon shall another tale be told!
But first, myself. Who am I, how I've been, and what I'm up to these days:
I'm Fidd! Fidd is me. Used to be Alc4n4tor, then Potatomania, then Fiddler, and now just variations on being Fidd or Fiddle or Fiddler. I've come a long way in the past year and a half. I did a lot of self discovery, found myself Wrote some stuff, lost interest in that project, had ideas that I didn't follow through on. I've started culinary school, and have been doing quite well in the practical side of things. Not so much on the academic, at-home assignment side of things.
Speaking of, turns out I have ADHD! Crazy, right? And perhaps I'm on the spectrum. There's far too much overlap between the two for 100% certainty without a proper diagnosis and testing, but it's reasonable to assume and proceed as if I do. The more I learn about it, the more likely it seems. I'm just happy that I've got wonderful, thoughtful, open, honest people around me, including three very special people whom I love very much :> (and they love me very much too <3)
Right now, I've got a few ideas a-brewin'. There's a few human fantasy stories in there, a few anthro-furry fantasy stories mixed in with them, some delightfully gay stories of all shapes and sizes, and some stories that are a little more heartfelt and personal. Right now, I'm focused on a dream that I've had ever since I've joined the fandom.
Can you guess what it is?
It's a Fallout Equestria side-fic. Sure, there's a lot that's already been done, there, and the subgenre is a bit bloated, and it's putting myself in a niche of an already niched community, but I wanna see where the ideas take me. It's something I've been personally enjoying, and I think it's gonna be a little different than what people expect from FOE. Subversive, perhaps? No, no, certainly not that different. Just a... change of pace, a change of perspective.
If you cared enough to read through this, thanks! Have a lovely day! I'm open to chat with some folks if they've got questions or input, not that I really expect much from 75 followers on a MLP fanfiction website.
