Well, at long last, we finally got to see more from this new generation. It's not much. Just a bunch of cheap MLP shorts to watch on YouTube while we wait for Make Your Mark and the subsequent TV specials. So what are my thoughts on Tell Your Tale? It's okay. I get what they are for. Tell Your Tale is just cute little shorts that we'll be getting while waiting for better content. It's best to approach these shorts similar to what one would with a weekly comic strip: You get a quick laugh and move on. A Home To Share and Nightmare Roommate are pretty meh in my opinion, although I did get a smile out of seeing the picture of Argle from the former. However, Sisters Take Flight and Zipp's Flight School are fairly funny to me. Zipp and Pipp are surprisingly funny and likable together. As for the change in the voice actors, they seem okay so far. Obviously, I'm going to need more than a series of shorts to make a fair assessment of these new voice actors.
Overall all, the shorts are okay for what they are. Believe me, I've seen the Newborn Cuties shorts as well as other content from G3.5. Tell Your Tale is just fine, and that's all I demand from it.
