Okay so personal update time! · 3:42pm Jan 28th, 2022
As you probably have guessed, I have a....really surprising announcement to make. As y'all probably don't know, I have been in a relationship with someone for the last almost 3 years now. They are just the most amazing person I could ever hope to have in my life...well to get to the point, last Saturday (January 22nd, 2022) I finally got some test results back because I had been feeling unwell for like 3 weeks at that point. So on a hunch, I went to a local clinic. Apparently my hunch was correct. I had a feeling that I'd be right....so...apparently I'm pregnant. Don't ask how, because I don't wanna answer (plus I think we all know how that could've happened). Don't get me wrong, I've had pregnancy scares in the past, but this is a confirmed one. I'm gonna have a baby...and that terrifies me. I'm still in shock and it's been almost a week! So...yeah. I'm pregnant and have no idea what to do now. However the one thing my S/O and I have come to an agreement on is that we cannot take care of a baby right now. Too many cons that outweigh the pros. So adoption is our ONLY option it's looking like. I have my work cut out for me...by the gods...So that's the major life update. That new story should be out now.

Thank you my friend. It's still a lot to process...yet I'm the one who's 4 weeks and absolutely trying to NOT lose my mind completely here.

Yeah ain't that just ironic. Anyways I haven't been to my usual physician yet (thought I have an appointment next week), so I'm not sure when I'm due. Yet if my math is right, I suspect It'll be sometime in late September.
