No, Izzy is not a mom! Well, not exactly!

Some of my readers seem a bit unclear on this, so permit me to elaborate. Whether Twinkle Shine remembers being Cozy Glow or not, she still has Cozy's mind and Cozy's intelligence. She doesn't exactly have the same requirements as most fillies and what she needs most is emotional support right now as she battles with this monster in her head. The reason why I hinted at Izzy being a motherly figure for Twinkle was actually intended to be just part of their dynamic. It's also important to note that Izzy took responsibility for Twinkle Shine at the school meeting because she felt that's what Twinkle needed at the time. After all, somepony has to sign permission slips and be responsible if a foal gets into trouble! As such, Izzy stepped up to the plate to help, because she actually does care about this weird pegasus filly...
