The Lads

Been musing doing retrospectives on J. Michael Straczynskis Amazing Spidey (what most of us think of as the good half, anyway) and Mark Waid's Daredevil , mainly just as writing exercises on Google Doc or something but FiM did make the mistake of giving me a blog, so I may as well use it. On the one hand, there's what to say that hasn't been said ("That Chris Samnee/Marcos Martin, he sure can draw!") but way words and images blend together for emotional beats in those two runs still does something to me. We'll see. In the meantime, have two sweet moments and a silly thing I made of them.

("Idiots who save children" would've been funny enough, but "the children" adds an extra layer of silly importance.)
