“Hey, Griff?” Ramirez said as she sat on the bench next to Griff.

“Hm?” Griff responded.

“Thanks for um...inviting me with you to the park”

“No problem, I don't have anything planned today so why not just go to the park with ya? I also wanna know the due date of our foals” he asked, petting the small changeling for a bit

“Maybe by Nightmare Night? that or next week, I’ve actually lost count of days,” she said as she smiles at him sheepishly.

“Ah, I see. do you know their gender’s tho?”

Smiling brightly Ramirez wags her tail “Daughters...w-we’re gonna have two daughters...”

“Well damn, 3 daughters and one son now...wow...”

Shivering from the cold breeze Ramirez decides to scoot closer to him and lean on his shoulder “Yeah...did you want another son?”

“Eh, son or no son I’ll still be good either way” he said, spacing himself a bit from her.

Following suit she moves closer to him again “So how was your day?”

“Decent I gu-Eep!” surprising him a bit Ramirez hugs him tightly and purrs “w-what are you doing?”

“You’re still soft and fluffy...and warm”

“Um...c-can you not?” Griff said as he uses his wing and pushes her away a bit.

Looking at the ground Ramirez stares at her hooves as if they were the most interesting thing “S-Sorry...d-didn’t mean to...make you uncomfortable...”

“Mhm...”

“Eeyup...”

the two sat on the bench in silence as ponies passed by, either enjoying the fall breeze, jog or spending time with their friends or loved ones.
