R.I.P. Sophie. . . :( · 10:44pm Oct 8th, 2021

Born on June 21, 2008 to October 8, 2021. During my Freshmen year in Highschool, I still remember the day when my Grandma bring Sophie into the family. Sophie's a mixed Maltese white dog and sort of a hyper energetic dog. I mean who wouldn't love her? Then some months later I think, I made a regretful mistake of accidentally having her back left leg broken because of my stupid decision. Thankfully, her back leg is healed and I learned to never do it again. Four or five years ago, another new member is welcomed to the family named Cooper. A mixed Shih Tzu dog that's like a few months old. Both Sophie and Cooper got along great, sometimes Cooper wanting to play with her and probably getting her agitating or something from her warning growls. Neither of them have gotten into a huge fight. Sadly however, Sophie's years would catch up to her this year. She's been having some breathing problems a few months or so ago. We did give her different pills for her from three places, but it hasn't worked out well and she's been slowly getting worse. Couple of days ago, my mom & grandma thinks it's time for her to rest in peace so that she won't deal with the pain again. As much as it pains me to see her go, I agreed with my grandma. So today's the day, Sophie is put to sleep before 6 pm and passed away at the vet. Good god I'm still having tears in my eyes. I hope Sophie will feel better in the afterlife and wish her the best of luck when she's welcomed with a new family somewhere out there, either in this universe or in a different one.
