Okay, so I have been thinking of something right? But you probably already know that because I am making this blog post right? Or at least read the title or whatnot. Anyways getting into the matter at hand instead of getting off-topic as I might have. But now to the question let me put a scenario up first.
Have you ever played a game where your choices direct the outcome of other players? Say for example you had to give up your most valuable possession to a family member like your brand new Xbox One STM or PlayStation 5TM it would change an outcome, right?
What it would change is you could not play on it whenever you wish to because it belongs to that family member, and because you could not play on it when you want they have that choice too. (I'm getting somewhere with this trust me.)
Or say you are the leader of a D&D party and you make the choices for the team and at that point in time your party stumbles upon a portal and you choose who goes first and if you go. It would change how the party views your intuition right?
Okay, the last scene before getting to the final question. You are thrown into a new RP (role-play) but you don't know what it's about and you don't know if there is a trader among you (not a reference to Among UsTM) and you barely know anything about any of the OCS besides your own (so just like meeting a stranger) RIght? So here is an example...
Star gazer awakes in a strange room easily bigger than the one he fell asleep in the night before. He gets up out of bed and looks around for any clues that could have shown him what happened the night before. Star Gazer looks around for a little while longer and hears the door click open. He walks up to the door and peeks his head out looking forward at first he sees a table filled with food and paintings something he would have read from one of his books at home. Looking around some more he sees other doors around him each with a pony ether inside or outside of the door. being the friendly pony he is he steps out and says something out loud his voice echoing in the silence.
"Hey does anypony here know where I am at," Star Gazer says to no one in particular?
Some pony hearing his voice (this would be another pony/person/writer) steps out. "No I don't but do you know me? You look kind of familiar," the unknown pony says.
In other words, I guess you could say a Roll Play of sorts.
Anyways my question is this. Would you be interested to do something like this where each person/pony wakes up without any memories and is thrown into a horror-type place? The catch? Well that would be going through rooms in a maze-like pattern looking for a way out each room holds another horror for the MCs. for example, one room could hold a vat of acid another sharks, another one could hold gold for your heart's content but taking it could result in a curve that makes you greedy (like Rarity's element of disharmony during the time discord was released) or could be useful for a later room. Everything you do could affect another writer and their OC it could be good it could be bad it would all be up to chance (more like a flip a coin or roll a dice to see if it is good or bad)
What I'm trying to ask is would you be interested in doing this? If so you could PM me or comment on this post and ill go more into detail if we get at least 3. The most that we would be able to take with this would be 7 {leaving 8 in total counting me} so as not to take 7 years to finish the story.
