does anyone have tips to continue going when it feels like everyone you know is against you... no I don't want to kill myself I just feel my body shutting down day by day. even the people close to me is against me.
So does anyone have any tips?

Teach yourself habits and pace yourself. Start slow, be diligent, be patient, and you will be rewarded.

I try to exercise when I can but it gets complicated when I can't even leave my house for anything but school. But thanks for the advice ill keep it in mind and hopefully, It does me good in the long run.

my main problem is everyone I talk to either shrug it off or says flat-out they don't care (the first one being friends and the other one family)
