Small part of mi new Story - Chrysalis last letter.

Frustrated with nothing to read, Chrysalis went back to bed and flopped down heavily on it to wait for sleep to return, after pouting and kicking she remembered something from her time as a spy.

"Under the bed... Ponies always keep things under their beds." Said Chrysalis to herself as she rolled over and stretched her front hoof under the bed looking for anything, and as she stretched a little further she could feel something like a trunk.

"Yesss!!!" Whispered the queen as she dragged from under the bed a large cardboard box with the words "private things" written on it.

"Hmmm, Rarity has a box of private things under her bed." Chrysalis licked her lips and her wings buzzed with excitement to know what was inside that box, and without waiting any longer she quickly opened the box and threw the lid to the floor to see its contents.

"OH!." Said the queen in amazement."I didn't imagine Rarity would have these... toys under her bed, I guess this does classify as 'private stuff'." With a chuckle, Chrysalis looked at the objects inside the box.

"I can see why she hides them, she would die of embarrassment if her friends saw this... collection."Though perhaps her little dragon lover would find it very romantic as most of these toys were based on her dragon biology, even in shape and colors.

Chrysalis turned to look at her egg. "I'm sorry honey, but you are still too young to use these things and your mother is an adult mare and sometimes an adult mare has certain... needs." Then she cradled the egg and looked at the contents of the box again.

"Let's see what I'll have fun with tonight..." Said the queen as she moved the objects inside the box and went through some of them one by one. "I think this one is too big... this one is too long and the head is kind of weird... this one I like, but it's transparent and looks expensive... this one is too hard, although I think that's the idea... this thing is HUGE, seriously she uses this at night?." Chrysalis looked at the object in awe of its size unable to imagine if Rarity ever really used it or just if it was just an impulse buy.

"And this one is small and looks like a keychain, it even has a little strap and why it has a button on the side of-." BBBRRRRRR!!!. Chrysalis out of surprise dropped the toy on the bed. "Oh by my mother's roots, that thing vibrates." She then taps it a few times with her hoof until it miraculously shuts off and stops vibrating.

"Well, I think Rarity's collection is quite... interesting... and I've had enough fun going through it, but I think I'm going to use this one here, I like its shiny head."And finally, from the box, Chrysalis decided on a Spike plushie of slightly smaller stature than the dragon himself, but the scales on the back of his head shone like mirrors.

"Although I don't understand why she has so many Spike plushies in this box either, I think one would be enough." Chrysalis set the plushie she selected on the bed and put the rest back in the box when she felt someone shout her name on the lower floor of the boutique.
